You do the work.
I’ll build
the website.

Websites for Indiana service businesses. Show what you do, where you work, and how to get a quote.

The essentials,
done properly.

A good fit for landscapers, contractors, cleaners, and other service businesses with a straightforward website to build or replace.

Five useful pages

Home, services, about, your work, and contact. We can swap a page for a service-area page if that fits your business better.

Your business, in your words

You provide your logo, photos, and business details. I organize them and help edit the copy so customers can find what they need.

A clear way to get in touch

Tap-to-call and email links, plus one simple inquiry form if you need it. We agree on where requests go before the build.

The details that matter

Mobile layouts, readable content, keyboard-friendly navigation, and connection to your domain.

One-time local SEO setup

I tune the five pages around your actual services and service area: page titles, descriptions, headings, image descriptions, and internal links. Launch includes a sitemap, indexability checks, and Google Search Console setup and sitemap submission in your account.

Your local business listings

Setup or cleanup of Google Business Profile and Bing Places for one eligible business location. I organize your business details, categories, services, hours, website link, and supplied photos, with guidance for the verification steps you need to complete.

You keep ownership of your accounts. The listings themselves are free; the package covers my setup work. Approval and verification timing are controlled by each platform.

Google’s guide to working with a third party

Two rounds to get it right

Two consolidated rounds of design and content changes within the agreed scope, followed by launch and a copy of your website files.

One-time launch work, not an ongoing SEO campaign. Extra locations or directories, listing ownership disputes or suspension appeals, ads, link building, and ongoing content are separate. Domain registration, hosting outside the care plan, paid form services, photography, branding, stores, booking systems, and custom apps are also separate. Extra work is quoted before it starts.

Let customers
picture the job.

Explore a complete five-page landscaping website: detailed services, garden ideas, an approach page, and a step-by-step inquiry preview. It shows the kind of experience your customers could have.

taken care of.

For the websites I build, optional monthly care keeps hosting and routine changes in one place.

$125 / month

  • Managed hosting and HTTPS for your brochure website
  • Uptime monitoring, weekly backups, and backups before edits
  • Routine updates to the website’s existing components
  • Up to 30 minutes of text or photo edits each month
  • Email support during business hours

Billed monthly after launch. Cancel before the next billing period. Editing time does not roll over. Ongoing SEO, listing management, new pages, redesigns, domain fees, business email, and paid third-party services are separate.

Prefer your own hosting? The $2,000 build includes your website files and handoff notes.

Here’s how we get it live.

  1. Talk through the job

Tell me about your business and your current site. We agree on the pages, features, and schedule in writing before work begins.

  2. Build and review

Send your business details, photos, and logo. I build the site, then we work through the two revision rounds.

  3. Launch and hand over

You approve the finished site. I connect the domain, complete the agreed search and listing setup, and hand over the files and a setup checklist. Listing verification may continue after the site goes live.

A few things you may be wondering.

What does the one-time SEO setup include?

Optimization of the five agreed pages for your services and area, a sitemap, indexability checks, and Google Search Console setup and sitemap submission. I also help set up or clean up Google Business Profile and Bing Places for one eligible business location. You receive a checklist of what was completed and any verification steps still waiting on you or the platform.

Is ongoing SEO or listing management included?

No. The $2,000 package includes one setup pass around launch. Ongoing content, ranking reports, link building, ads, and listing or review management are not included, including in the optional $125/month website care plan.

What if I already have a Google listing?

We work with your existing profile instead of creating a duplicate. You remain the owner and grant the access needed for the agreed work. If you are eligible but need a new listing, I help with setup and guide you through verification. Account recovery, ownership disputes, and suspension appeals are outside the package.

Do I have to sign up for monthly care?

No. The website build is $2,000 on its own. You can take the files to your own host. We confirm any hosting or third-party costs before launch.

Can you work with my existing domain?

Yes. You keep ownership of your domain. We coordinate access and the website connection while accounting for any business email you already use.

What if I need more than five pages?

Send me the details. Extra pages, booking, payments, and custom features are quoted separately so you know the full scope before committing.

How long will it take, and when do I pay?

We agree on a schedule and payment milestones in the written proposal. Timing depends on the content you have ready, feedback, and current availability.

Will the site bring me customers?

The website and launch setup help people understand your business and give search engines clear information about it. Indexing, listing approval, search rankings, traffic, and sales are not guaranteed. Your referrals, reputation, and ongoing marketing still matter.

Tell me what
you have in mind.

Email your business name, service area, current website if you have one, and what you’d like to change. We’ll start with a conversation.
